Idea Lite this year was the best experience in Debate I have ever-ever-ever had!!!
It was so FUN!!!!
SSC sent two teams:
SSC A:
-Katrina Pecson
-Crystal Francisco (ME!!!)
-and-
SSC B:
-Thea Vega
-Camille Lacaba
We tagged Katrina Lopez along. She was supposed to do Public Speaking but then they suddenly announced that Public Speaking competition was going to be held the next day. Anyway, K.Loh (Kat's Delta nickname) picked up a lot of stuff from observing our debates.
So.... why was it so cool?????
Well, for one, both teams won 2nd place for ALL 3 DEBATES!! But unfortunately, there might have been some teams who got higher speaker points than we got, so we didn't break!! ARGH!!!
Lite was held in UST. The convening hall was OK, although I should complain that UST should have an elevator considering it was on the 3RD FFREAKIN' FLOOR OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING which by the way was like yards away from the Eccle rooms where we were supposed to debate.
Also because all the other people were like newbies/rookies and we were basically more experienced/seasoned than them. There were, of course, occasional teams who hadn;t broken last year or teams who were experienced but never joined Idea so it was kinda' tough.
As for the adj's... well, they were mostly former debaters from last year (Miko, Claire, Theresa, Franz Ong) or the breaking teams of last year (J.Loh, Carlo, Gica)
We actually made more friends in Lite this year than last year. We made friends from Claret, Woodrose, STC, ICA, UST (of course, Thea.. *wink*) and others.
Anyway, GTG.... Have to shut down.

I just had my Grammar Long Test kanina: Last Period. IT WAS HELL!! The first part that is. I so did not study, nor did we discuss Greek and Latin prefixes. Goodness...

Yes, I am broke. I have no money. I got 500 Php from the pocket of my pants yesterday, but now I have absolutely NO idea where the 500 Php went. I just came home from Iloilo. Our flight going back to Manila was supposedly at 10. We were SUPER delayed. We left Iloilo at 1230 and touched down Manila at 1300. It was a REALLY fast flight because the pilot (sorry) was in my mom's terms: "pas-pas". Weirdest flight ever.

Now, as you can see, I have changed my backround picture. I no longer am confined to Snoopy. Now, aside from Snoopy, I LOOOOve Pikachu, too. I LOVE PIKACHU. I have dug out my old Pikachu stuff. But then, I have to get most of them out of the house in QC. We sent most of them there. I hope they haven't given the stuff away though. PIKACHU IS SO CUT. Don't you think? The last update didn't make any sense at all. I was working on my phone. I'm Sorry. *in a cheerful sarcastic way, the way that a scary stewardess would smile* Hmm.. I was feeling (Man, I sound like a grade 1 student) bummed. Ok, to be more specific, like I was doomed to walk the planet ALONE forever. You know what I'm saying?? ALONE...

Here's alist of summer classes I plan to take:
1.Badminton (So I have a sport. I don't play much of those volleyball and definitely NOT fit to play any basketball. I'm too short!!)
2.Street Dancing (Now that's something I need. WOOHOO!!)
3.Dale Carnige (It's this Speech Thing-y. Public Speaker eche. I need to live up to my President-of-the-Philippines dreams)
4.John Robert Powers (HAHA!! I took that last year. I met the Ms. Philippines candidates there. Yeah! But this thing-y is getting more and more expensive, so maybe not this year.
5.Painting (An alternative course if I don't pass Law. This or Interior Design or Fashion)
I have ABSOLUTELY no plans of enrolling in a summer academic class. Thos advances eche.. BLEAGH. I tried that last year at the summer before Freshman year.. NOT!!
When I also get the chance (And if I'm allowed to [please, Oh, Please, God!] )I want to study the DRUMS!!!

Today, I ate lots 'n lots of yummy yummy food. I didn't eat lunch because I was waiting for -toot-. Anyway, here's a list of the food I ate today:
1. Kit-kat
2. 2 corn in a cup
3. strawberry halu-halo (?!)
4. pizza
5. seafood cup noodles
6. fried chicken
As you can see, they are all fattening. Yes, I need to fatten up. I am beginning to become anorexic. I know I shouldn't do this...um... like... this (how redundant)but, hell, WHO CARES?!
Today, also, I helped a gradeschooler in Math. She didn't get the part on changing fraction to decimal etc. Can I mention her name here? Oh, well, who cares, it's my LJ, I can mention whoever's name. Torres, yes, that's her name, Torres. They were going to have a test about that. My cousin (her classmate) felt too lazy to teach her so, I TAUGHT HER. HAHA. Feels so good to teach someone something. WOOHOO. I hope she gets it though. According to my cousin, she failed many a quiz and exercise. I made her a reviewer. That should be easier. Or at least it works for me. HAHA.
OK.
Seriously, I should be studying right now. We have a Panitikan Long Test tomorrow on the Ibong Adarna. YEAH BABY... HAHA...
